The performance analysis assignment was the first activity I’ve done in this course. In this assignment, a scenario of a performance problem from the medical field was introduced to us students for review and assessment.

Since I am an educational developer in the medical field, this scenario was familiar to me. I have analysed and described the situation based on the given information and listed potential causes and solutions, both instructional nd non-instructional.
